Conflict Resolution and Reverse Yelling: Deflating the Emotional Balloon

Research has shown that people return emotion at 3 times the level in which they receive it. In this video, Gary Klugiewicz introduces the concept of reverse yelling. Gary was introduced to this concept by one of his mentors, Daniel Vega in 1980 and has used it ever since.
