Popular Online Training since 2014.
Over 3,000 learners have completed online training with Dynamis since 2014 when we first launched our Online Learning system. Our experience in this now powers our ability to deliver REAL LEARNING remotely and online for your teams.
Designed for your people to Engage and Learn
Leaning on our collaboration with University-level learning and performance specialists, our online training is designed to maximise the effectiveness of remote and web-based training.
Our team is very familiar with Zoom, Skype and other remote video systems and how to use them for effective learning using our professional facilities.
Your learners are engaged by our master trainers using content we develop and produce specifically for training videos which engage.
Your learners need to fit this online learning into their own schedules, so we have broken the learning into easily-managed modules.
Your learners complete a quiz-type knowledge check after each module and scores are auditable for reporting after course end.
Remote Training during COVID19
Our team has responded to the issues facing organisations who still need training by creating a live-remote training experience which is almost as good as the real thing.
With studio lighting and high-definition cameras to capture details.
Supported by Learning materials
Our online learning resources have been tried and tested since 2014.
Our Director of Training leads small-group sessions and answers Q&A sessions.
State of the Art Demonstrators
Where your team need to see a skill demonstrated, we have the best equipment in the industry.
Here's how we do Online Training and Remote Support :
- 1We enrol your learners for you
Our office team will register your learners in the online training and enrol them in the course which suits your needs best - we have more than a dozen courses with 50 modules to choose from..
- 2Flexible access to tailored modules
Using logins which are unique to each individual, your learners can log in to the system in their own time and begin to work through the videos and activities - at their own pace and in their own time.
- 3Auditable Progress through the Learning
Our system tracks your progress through the courses, scoring your learning using knowledge-check quizes and activities as you go. On completion of the course requirements, our system issues a certificate based on scoring.
- 4Access to Remote Support by Video Link If your training requires a physical element or for us to supervise practice activities and assess achievement of the learning outcomes, we can use remote video (Zoom, Skype, Hangouts) to be virtually present with you and provide feedback, additional tutoring and more.
Our Online Modules
Your team need to know and understand a number of different areas in order to make good decisions and respond appropriately.

Aspects can be referred to...
“It was good to do the online questions and learning before the course as it meant that aspects could be referred to rather than spend time going through. it also meant you got thinking about what you wanted from the course. The techniques were put across in an excellent way, and the next day the staff put into practise what had been taught. We worked together as a team and felt empowered as all of us had had the same training and knew what was expected of us.”

Well worth doing the online training...
“We appreciated the tailoring of the course to include de-escalation and talking around this as well as the physical intervention itself. It was well worth doing the online training element ahead of time as it was really valuable having as much time as we did to work practically. Gerard answered our questions fully and talked specifically about some of the children we have particular concerns about."
SENCO, Special Needs School - Peterborough
Time to reflect...
"I particularly liked the fact that the “theory” was on-line and i did this the day before the face-to-face training. it meant i had had time to reflect on my knowledge and the session did not feel like there was too much information in one go. Very good trainer.”
