  • We always aim to provide training to the highest possible standard in line with ICM and other regulatory requirements. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please assist us by supplying your comments. Thank you for your assistance. We aim to acknowledge your complaint in writing as soon as practically possible, typically within 48hrs. We will then investigate the complaint. We will then communicate the findings to you the customer/complainant and respond appropriately in writing.
